Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital

No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping address, courier or delivery charge is involved. There are no delivery charges of any kind.

What you receive

Each report is a Google Sheet. When your payment succeeds we make a private copy of that sheet for you and share it with the email address you gave at checkout. You open it in Google Sheets, in a browser or the mobile app, and you can sort and filter it however you like.

When you receive it

Immediately. The link appears on the checkout page as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the same link is emailed to you. If your payment method confirms slowly — some UPI collect requests do — the copy may take an extra minute, and the email will still arrive.

How long you keep it

Indefinitely. Your copy does not expire and there is no download link to lose. If we update a report after a new attempt is conducted, we may refresh it, and you keep the same copy.

You need a Google account

The sheet is shared with the email address you enter at checkout, so please use the address attached to your Google account. If you do not have one, or you entered the wrong address, email [email protected] and we will share it with the right address instead.

If you cannot open it

Email [email protected] with the payment reference from your receipt and we will re-share it at no charge. Check your spam and promotions folders first.

Your copy is licensed to you for your own study. It is view-only and individually identifiable. Please see our terms.
