This policy explains what Exam Weightage collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
| Name and email address | Given by you at checkout. Your email address is the address your copy of the report is shared with, and is used to answer support requests. |

| Technical data | Standard server and error logs generated by our hosting provider, which may include IP address and browser type. |
What we never see
Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials and one-time passwords are entered on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout. They do not pass through this website and we cannot access them.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We process your name and email to perform the contract you entered into when buying a report, and we retain purchase records to meet accounting and tax obligations under Indian law.
Who else handles it
- Razorpay Software Private Limited — payment processing.
- Our hosting provider — serves this website and runs its server functions.
- Google — hosts the reports; your copy is shared with your email address.
- Our email provider — sends your access link.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views without cookies and without identifying you or following you across other sites. When you buy, your order also notes which of our pages your visit started on and the site that linked you here (for example, a search engine), so we can tell which pages are useful. This is kept in your browser tab only until the tab is closed, and it is never used to identify you.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies necessary for the payment to function, governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are retained for as long as required under applicable tax and accounting law. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years. You may ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to retain.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not obliged to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our reports are often bought by students. If you are below 18, please buy only with the consent of a parent or guardian, whose details we will treat under this same policy.
